At Beaks & Feathers Aviaries Australia, we take pride in providing high-quality products for your birds. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Food Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted on food items once they have left our premises.

Accessories

Returns on accessories will be accepted only if the item is faulty or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

• The fault must be reported within a reasonable timeframe of purchase

• Proof of purchase is required

• The item must be returned in clean condition with all original parts and packaging (where possible)

• Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage is not covered

Assessment & Resolution

Once the returned item has been assessed, we will offer one of the following in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

• Repair of the item

• Replacement with the same or equivalent product

• Refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)
